They are amounts fixed by Ministry of Labour decisions under Article 9 of Regulation No. 63 of 2020, which governs offices recruiting non-Jordanian domestic workers — and we apply the Ministry's latest approved list exactly as issued.

Beyond the costs, the decisions oblige the office to compensate a household that wishes to transfer the worker to another household, one month after the worker is delivered to the new household. The amount varies by nationality, contract year and permit status. It is an obligation on the office, not a charge to you.
