The ministerial decision states that the costs apply to a two-year contract and include fees, taxes and expenses, among them the insurance policy premium, residence permit issuance fees and any other costs.

Any amount requested beyond that should have a clear stated basis, and you are entitled to ask what it is.

The second column is not a commercial discount offered by the office. It is a different legal situation with eligibility conditions administered by the competent government authority.

The outcome depends on why the worker did not continue, when that happened and the status of the work permit. Anyone promising an unconditional guarantee is going beyond the text.
