This page explains how the legal and procedural content on this site is produced. Publishing it is what makes it possible to hold us to it.

What we are and are not

Hebah Recruiting is a licensed private recruitment office, not a government body. The information here is guidance. It does not replace consulting the competent authority and is not legal advice.

Our source hierarchy

1. The Official Gazette and enacted legislation.
2. Ministry of Labour regulations, instructions and decisions in force.
3. Ministry service cards and procedural guides.
4. Bilateral agreements for country-specific rules.
5. Ministry of Interior for visas and residency, Ministry of Health for medical requirements, Ministry of Social Development for exemptions.
6. Ministry of Justice and Public Security for protection and anti-trafficking.
7. Ministry announcements for temporary measures.
8. International organisations for context and interpretation only.

Competitor websites are never a legal authority. Where an older guide conflicts with a later enacted text, the later text governs.

What "verified" means

We distinguish internally between a source someone opened and read, and a source that reached us as a link nobody has opened yet. A figure published on this site may only rest on the first kind.

Our registry currently holds 32 sources, of which 9 have been opened and read directly.

Review and expiry dates

• Every legal or procedural page carries a last-reviewed date and its sources.
• Every temporary measure carries its expiry date.
• Pages tied to an expired measure move to the archive automatically with a clear notice.
• We never present a superseded or expired source as current law.

What we do not publish

• A figure without an official source.
• A timeline we do not control.
• A conditional right presented as an unconditional guarantee.
• A draft regulation described as law in force.
• Reviews or testimonials that are not genuine.
• Stereotyping of workers by nationality.

Corrections

If you find something inaccurate here, tell us. We correct it and update the review date. Where the error was material we note the correction rather than changing the text silently.
