The list of available workers changes weekly depending on arrivals from source countries. Rather than show old profiles that may no longer be available, we send you the profiles genuinely available today within the nationality you choose.

We do not publish full names, document numbers or a worker's own contact details. Photographs appear only with her consent. This is not a gap in the information — it is an obligation towards someone who has no say in how she is displayed online.
Questions about choosing a worker
How do I choose the right worker?
Start from what the household actually needs: the work involved, the size of the family, whether there are children or older relatives, and the language you prefer to communicate in. We then show you the profiles available within the nationality that suits that.
What information is in a profile?
Nationality, age bracket, languages and documented experience. We do not show a worker’s full name or document numbers, to protect her privacy — and that applies to every profile.
Can I meet the worker before recruitment?
Recruitment happens from outside Jordan, so the worker is not in the country before she arrives. A call can often be arranged to assess communication and language before you decide.
Do characteristics differ by nationality?
No. Linking nationality to personal traits or suitability for childcare is stereotyping with no basis. What genuinely differs and can be compared: language, source-country requirements, procedures, and the cost fixed by official decision.
