Our approach

How we work

This page sets out how we operate in practice: how the cost is determined, what we commit to, and what we will not promise. Every point here is something you can hold us to.

What we commit to

Six commitments we work to on every case, each tied to an official text you can check.

How we handle each stage

  1. Before you commit

We set out the cost and what it covers, the expected timeline and the documents needed from you. We do not push you to sign in the same meeting.

  2. During the case

We prepare documents and follow the approvals, and each stage appears in your portal account instead of you asking and waiting.

  3. On arrival

We meet the worker and hand over with the contract, and go through the agreement with both sides: hours, rest, wage, accommodation.

  4. After arrival

We follow the settling-in period, remind you about renewal dates, and handle renewals or transfers later if you need them.

How the cost is set

We do not set our own price list. Recruitment and transfer costs are fixed by Ministry of Labour decisions, and we apply the Ministry’s latest approved list exactly as issued, with nothing added.

  • The amount differs by nationality, according to the decision in force at the time of your case.
  • A different amount applies where the household is lawfully exempt from work permit fees.
  • The decisions state that the cost covers a two-year contract and includes fees, taxes and expenses, among them the insurance policy premium and residence permit issuance fees.
  • We give you a written statement of the cost and what it covers before you pay anything.

What we will not promise

  • A confirmed arrival date on day one, because four stages are outside our control.
  • Guaranteed replacement in every case, because the regulation ties it to conditions.
  • That every case runs without obstacles, because that is not true at any office.

What we do promise is clarity: you know where your case is, what it is waiting on, and what your options are if it stalls.

Questions about how we work

How are you different from other offices?

Three differences you can verify yourself: we cite the source of every legal statement on this site with the date it was reviewed; we publish our obligations to you, including the compensation owed on transfer; and we give you digital tracking so you can see your case stage without calling.

What happens if the case does not complete?

We tell you as soon as we know the reason and the stage it stopped at, and set out the options available and what the regulation provides for your situation. What we commit to is speed of notice and clarity of options, not a promise of one outcome.

Can I visit the office before deciding?

Yes, and we prefer it. The office is on Mecca Street in Amman, and our certificates and licences hang in the reception area where you can inspect them.

How do you treat the workers?

A relationship that starts with terms clear to both sides is the one that lasts. We go through the contract with the worker, we publish worker rights on this site alongside employer rights, and we point to the competent protection authorities where needed.
